Launching a new product is hard. Launching a new AI product, alongside new pricing and packaging, is even harder.

Many teams would have solved this with volume: more training, more documentation, more tools. Instead, Carrie and Leah decided not to overwhelm the go-to-market team and make a different bet: use AI to give reps confidence at the exact moment they needed it.
Here’s the step-by-step playbook Carrie and Leah used, and how other teams can replicate it.
Step 1: Acknowledge the Real Problem (It’s Not “More Training”)

What made it work wasn’t “AI.” It was specificity.
Instead of giving reps another 30-page playbook, Leah built a “call prep assistant” that responded in the exact format reps needed, for the exact situations reps faced.
Here’s how to replicate it step by step.
A. Start with the moment of uncertainty (not the entire enablement universe)
Don’t try to build an assistant for “everything sales might ask.” Pick one repeatable moment, like:
“Help me prepare for a first call with a [vertical]”

D. Load the right source material (and keep it tight)

Before you share it broadly, run a simple test loop:
Pick 10 real upcoming calls across 2–3 verticals.
Ask the assistant the exact questions reps ask (“help me prep for…,” “what’s the POV for…,” “what objections will I hear…”).
Compare outputs to what your best reps/managers would say.
Fix the instructions and source materials until it’s consistently good enough.

Step 5: Make Adoption Effortless
There was no long rollout plan. Reps were already using ChatGPT in their day-to-day work. DataSnipper simply shared the link, gave reps time to try it in a live session, and encouraged feedback.
